Local Delivery

We offer local shipping within Singapore by our courier service partners. All orders will be processed for courier pick-up once payment has been made and verified.

For in-stock items, orders will be delivered to you within 2-4 working days. The delivery and scheduling of your orders will be determined by the courier service partners, and we do not provide specific delivery time slots due to the delivery routing and load. All deliveries will be tracked, and you will be notified of your orders' tracking number via email indicated by you.

Deliveries may be delayed during peak seasons. Should you wish to send us feedback on the delivery service, please drop us a message via direct message on our Facebook. Alternatively, you may reach out to us using our automated service on Telegram @MyBKKBot.

International Delivery

Shipping fees to Malaysia is $10 per address.

International delivery rates for the rest of the world will be calculated based on the location and product weight. Please drop us a message should you wish to have your items delivered outside of Singapore and Malaysia.
